I go by Tina. I'm a vertically challenged and awkward person. I am usually busy, so forgive me for slow updates. This is my art/process blog. I also answer most messages privately.

  1. Finished it on time! They took a while to assemble. Made 15 small short accordions as part of my leave behinds… on a class trip to New York! (leaving today) Going to be there for a busy week before heading home again. :D

I’ll probably make some things to go with the book when I get back.

  2. Finally got a chance to take photos of this book! (it’s not in my possession)

This is a not really small side project that started really late in the last semester (which wasn’t a really good idea, cause we were all really really busy). It’s a compilation of works from 11 (plus me equals 12) awesome people I know! The book has 120 pages in total, and was organized/put together by Sylvia and I, and with help from Lou! All I can say is that it was definitely a learning experience and that the covers are really really GLOSSY!

Anyway, you guys can check/preview the book out HERE!!

  3. IN SEARCH OF WARMTH

In my senior studio class we had a day where we met about 4-5 art directors for portfolio review and I made a really quick mini book as my leave behind since I didn’t want a last minute business card that I wasn’t even going to be content with. This little book was a re-make of this book, I reused the characters and added text. I think i’ll make a small cover or packaging for it - to keep the book shut at least.

Going to be printing some more soon! Once break is over that is. C:

  4. ANTHOLOGY SHOW!

My school’s Illustration Club had a show up for the Club’s first Anthology book which was themed: Daydreams and Nightmares. I actually found time to submit something for the book and show C:

I helped placed the decal up on the wall! mostly with the sun - I’m pretty short and it was at a decent height - so it was a bit of a pain - it was still awesome though!

My friend kindly informed me that I made the cover (well, half of it at least) for the dummy book - which was a total surprise! Looked at it before I left for dinner C:
